Day 1
On arrival at the International Airport, you will be met by our representative and transfer to your host family for dinner and overnight. City familiarization tour to Eastlands. Home-stay accommodation.
Day 2
City familiarization tour which covers the modern city centre, the National Museum and the Snake Park, the Railway Museum. Home-stay accommodation.
Day 3
Drive to Nyahururu with a stopover at the Great Rift Valley view point.
Visit Lake Naivasha and Thomson Falls. Overnight in a Nyahururu hotel.
Day 4
Drive to Maralal through Rumuruti and Suguta Mar Mar. The town with two wide tree-lined dusty streets and ramshackle wooden shops has a ''wild-west'' atmosphere. Overnight in Maralal
Day 5
Visit to Maralal Tourist Lodge for game viewing and Kenyatta Museum , where our founding president was detained prior to his release Overnight stay in Maralal.
Day 6
Drive to Wamba; travel to local village in Ngilai. Home-stay accommodation.
Day 7
Introduction and familiarization with community development project work site.
Home-stay accommodation.
Day 8
Community development project work - Local market and daily life.
Visit to wildlife conservancy village. Home-stay accommodation.
Day 9&10
Game drive into Samburu Game Reserve. Overnight stay at tented camp
Day 11
Morning game drives in the picturesque Samburu Game Reserve.
Drive to Isiolo and overnight stay.
Day 12
Visit to Lewa Conservancy- a privately owned wildlife sanctuary in Kenya to see a host of indigenous African wildlife . Overnight in Nanyuki.
Day 13
This day we pay a visit to foot of Mt Kenya. Overnight in Nanyuki
Day 14
Travel to Nairobi and transfer to your host family for your overnight stay.
Home-stay accommodation.
Day 15
Local shopping, farewell dinner and transfer to airport for your departure.

COST: Your contribution will be USD 2300 per person for the 15 day package. This will cover the costs of your local trips, accommodation, and meals; but excludes international flights. Part of the funds will go towards supporting the community development project
