Day 1: Nairobi
Arrive at
JKIA-Nairobi. Pick up by our courtesy bus to hotel. Dinner and
overnight at the Nairobi Serena.
Day 2: Nairobi - Samburu Game
Reserve-The
highlight of this Reserve is the spectacular scenic beauty,
rivers and forest. The local people have very rich and
colorful cultural heritage. Wildlife includes, leopards,
hippos, elephants, lions, reticulated giraffes, grevy’s
zebras, bongos and crocodiles in the Uaso Nyiro River.
Accommodations: Several Game Lodges & a public campsite
located inside the park.
Approximately 343 North East of Nairobi
lies the Samburu and Buffalo Springs National Reserves. A
drive through the Rift Valley and the highlands takes you to
this reserves which are unparallel in Kenya for the number and
diversity of its game. After lunch, time to relax before
heading out on a game viewing drive. Dinner and overnight at
the Samburu Serena Lodge.
Day 3: Samburu National
Reserves.
Morning and afternoon game drives are
provided. Among the wildlife are the various antelopes and all
the Big Five (i.e. Elephant, Lion, Leopard, Rhino and Buffalo).
All the meals and overnight at the Samburu Serena
Lodge.

Day 4: Samburu - Aberdares National
Park-The
Aberdare ranges lie at an altitude of about 2134-4268 m and
is home to the first tree hotel in Africa and harbors
significant memories in world history. In 1952, Queen
Elizabeth 11 learnt of her accession to the British throne
while she was a guest at the Tree Tops Lodge following the
death of her father King George V1. It is also at the nearby
town of Nyeri that lays the remains and tomb of Lord Baden
Powel, the founder of the Worldwide Boy Scouts Movement.
Accommodation: Lodges, self-catering bandas, public campsite
After breakfast, depart for Nyeri arriving in
time for lunch. For clients staying at Treetops lunch is
served at the Out span Hotel and for those staying at the Ark,
lunch is served at the Aberdare Country Club. After lunch, a
transfer is provided to either Treetops or the Ark, which are
strategically situated for night game viewing. Dinner and
overnight at Treetops/Ark
Day 5: Aberdares (Tree
Tops) - Lake
Nakuru-160
km from Nairobi. A shallow alkaline lake on the edge of
Nakuru town is worlds famous of levels that determines the
quality of algae on which the birds feed millions of greater
and lesser flamingos which depends on the water. It is a
sanctuary for the black and white rhinos and the rare
Rothschild’s giraffe.
Accommodation: Lake Nakuru Lodge & Lion Hill Lodge. Also
available, a hostel & a guesthouse, Makaria Falls campsite,
all located inside the park.
After breakfast, proceed to lake Nakuru
arriving in time for lunch. An afternoon game drive takes us
round the Lake; home of the famous pink flamingo. Lake Nakuru
is truly an ornithologist's paradise. Dinner and overnight at
the Lake Nakuru Lodge or Sarova Lion Hill.

Day 6: Lake Nakuru - Maasai Mara-This
reserve is Kenya’s most popular game sanctuary, most famous
and visited game reserve in Kenya. The park adjoins the
Serengeti park of Tanzania. A land of undulating hills and
rolling grasslands supports a huge animal population. During
the months of July to September, millions of wildebeests and
zebras migration overflow into the Mara from the Serengeti
national park in Tanzania. The black manned lion dominated
the Mara, cheetahs, elephants, cape buffaloes, giraffe,
gazelle, antelope and many other plains game are to be found
here.
Accommodation: Game lodges, Luxury tented camps, public and
privately owned campsite.
Masai Mara is the most famous wildlife conservation area in
Kenya and indeed the world. This game reserve is home to a
rich variety of wildlife in a natural and untouched state.
Awoken
by the most natural alarm clock (birdlife) for breakfast then
the unforgettable journey to Maasai Mara Game Reserve via
Narok and Olkurruk, where the Maasai culture is displayed by
the Oloo Lolo Maasai Cultural Association and thereafter into
the Maasai Mara Game Reserve. Being the northern stretch of
the world famous Serengeti National park, it is the scene of
the teeming wildebeest and Zebra migration. On arrival relax
by the pool. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at
Mara Sopa Lodge.
Day 7: Maasai Mara
Morning and
afternoon game drives are provided. Among the wildlife seen
are Wildebeest, black rhino, cheetah, giraffe, elephant, great
herds of antelope and fascinating primates such as the
red-tailed monkey. Game drives in open land drovers and bush
walks with excellent resident guides and naturalists reveal
the wonders of the Mara in an interpretative experience for
you. All meals and overnight at Sopa Lodge.
Day 8 : Maasai Mara - Nairobi
Depart
early for Nairobi via Narok and ascend the escarpment to the
central highlands.
A full day is spent in Nairobi with an
option to: -
* see traditional dancers at the Bomas of
Kenya,
* visit the Karen Blixen Museum and the ostrich
farm,
* see the animals at the orphanage or
* Shop in
the bustling metropolis of the city.
